Smoking:
There is a strict no smoking policy in all campers. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed against the security deposit if there is any evidence of smoking found in a unit.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to a reservation will be refunded at 100%. After 21 days, the reservation will be refunded at 50%. Within 7 days, there are no refunds.
Festivals:
Festivals are allowed, and will be subject to a security deposit. For deliveries to Summer Camp, an additional $250 fee will be assessed to offset the time it takes to wait in line and set up.
Early Returns:
Early returns will be refunded at 50% for any unused nights after the minimum number of nights.
Night Minimums:
There is a 2 night minimum. If booking on a holiday weekend, there is a 3 night minimum.
Mileage When Towing:
There is no limit or extra fee for mileage when you are the one towing. You can take it as far as you would like within your reservation dates.
Pets:
Pets are allowed. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $40 for the extra cleaning to ensure those with pet allergies are not affected.
Damage:
The renter is responsible for all damage that occurs while the camper is in their possession. This includes tires and damage when the renter is towing. There is a $1,000 insurance deductible. Insurance is included with each rental through MBA Commercial insurance. This covers damage to the exterior, and property while the renter tows. Interior damage is not covered by insurance and will come out of the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient, a separate bill will be issued to cover the remaining balance.
